• Endpoint: Chat requests are sent to https://lian213-moymollm.hf.space/chat (Hugging Face Spaces). A version check is sent to https://lian213-moymollm.hf.space/.
• Data sent: Your chat message and a remember=true flag are sent in the request body.
• Purpose: Generate an AI reply and (when remember is enabled) keep conversational context between requests.
• Storage: In the current backend implementation, remembered chat content can be stored persistently (for example in a memory file).
• No global chat forwarding in frontend code: The frontend does not contain code that globally forwards all chats outside the configured API endpoint. However, technical logs can occur at app/server level and on hosting infrastructure (for example Hugging Face Spaces proxy/server logs).
• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for providing the requested chat service; where persistence/remembering is used, processing may additionally rely on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
• Retention and deletion: There is currently no automatic fixed deletion period for remembered chat memory. Deletion can be requested via hello@moysoft.com.
• International transfers: Processing by Hugging Face may involve infrastructure outside the EU/EEA (including the USA).
