Rules for suggestions, moderation, reports, and legal notices. Last updated July 13, 2026.
Keep suggestions useful and safe
Suggestions are public user-generated content. By submitting, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and grant Moysoft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, moderate, and technically process the content for operating and improving Motionary. You retain ownership.
Do not submit:
- illegal content, instructions facilitating crime, or infringement of third-party rights;
- threats, harassment, bullying, hate, discriminatory or dehumanizing content;
- sexual or exploitative content, especially involving minors;
- personal, confidential, special-category, doxxing, or authentication data;
- spam, advertising, scams, malware, excessive links, manipulation, or duplicate submissions;
- content unrelated to constructive Motionary product feedback.
Moderation, blocking, and appeals
Motionary applies input validation, rate limits, duplicate prevention, App Check, user reports, and manual moderation. Moysoft may mark, limit, hide, edit where necessary to remove unlawful elements, or delete content, and may restrict abusive access. Users can report suggestions and locally block an author so their suggestions no longer appear on that device.
Where contact information is available and the law requires it, Moysoft provides a statement of reasons for moderation decisions. Appeals can be sent to hello@moysoft.com with the suggestion ID and the reasons for the appeal.
Formal notice of potentially illegal content
Use this form for a sufficiently precise and substantiated notice. Ordinary spam, duplicate, or quality reports should use the in-app report function.
